Referral Programme – Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
The programme is open to existing clients, non-clients, and employees or representatives of businesses who introduce a new potential client.
2. Qualified Introduction (Connection Reward)
A Connection Reward is payable where:
- The introduction is to a legitimate business and a relevant decision maker
- The business is not already an active opportunity, client, or in discussion with Aston
- Contact details are valid and the introduction results in a meaningful initial conversation
Aston reserves the right to determine whether an introduction is qualified.
3. Sign-on Reward Eligibility
A Sign-on Reward is payable where:
- The referred business becomes a paying client of Aston
- The client has paid their first invoice in full
4. Reward Structure
Connection Reward
- $150 per qualified introduction
Sign-on Reward
- Existing clients: 30% off their next monthly invoice (capped at $2,500)
- Non-clients or internal team members not responsible for billing: $750 cash
5. Payment Terms
- Connection Rewards are issued once the introduction is qualified
- Sign-on Rewards are issued only after the referred client’s first invoice has been paid in full
- Cash rewards are paid via bank transfer or another agreed method
- Invoice discounts are applied to the next billing cycle only
6. Limits and Restrictions
- One Connection Reward and one Sign-on Reward per referred business
- Rewards are not transferable or exchangeable
- Discounts cannot be redeemed for cash
- Rewards cannot be combined or stacked with other offers
- A cap of $2,500 applies to any invoice discount
7. Attribution
- The first valid introduction received will be recognised for reward eligibility
- Aston’s records will determine attribution in the event of any dispute
8. Exclusions
- Self-referrals are not permitted
- Referrals of existing clients, past clients, or active opportunities are not eligible
- Introductions that do not lead to a genuine engagement will not qualify
9. Programme Changes
Aston reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the programme or its terms at any time without notice.
10. Validity Period
This program commences March 25th 2026 and closes June 30th 2027.
11. General
Participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
