We used our graphic design skills to create visually appealing content where it had lacked in the past, making complex information more accessible. Infographics played a crucial role in simplifying key messages and highlighting the importance of safe digging practices. Additionally, we encouraged content sharing from community members, amplifying authentic voices and experiences. This strategy helped increase visibility and engagement, educating the public about the critical service provided by Dial Before You Dig.
