Eltham Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ECCI) is a pro business association working to nurture,
support and assist local businesses in the Eltham area.

ECCI were looking for a way to increase communications with the local community. Being a pivotal part of the local community, running events that stimulate trade, bring the community together and ultimately make Eltham a better place to live, ECCI needed to better communicate their message.

Expand a small start.

Starting with a small presence that was occasionally run by local committee members, it was important for ECCI to get professional help. By creating a presence on Facebook ECCI has not only become a voice for the Eltham Town community they have created a place for local people to engage in local news, activities, initiatives and events.

By creating a presence on Facebook ECCI has not only become a voice for the Eltham Town community they have created a place for local people to engage in local news, activities, initiatives and events.

The community voice, effectively heard.

ECCI have effectively been able to promote local industry and encourage the local economy by integrating local campaigns with social media to encourage participation. With highly engaged fans that are ready to contribute ECCI used Facebook to garner customer experiences as part of the Customer Service Awards.

    The Untapped Group, together with AustCyber, was looking to launch an introductory cybersecurity course targeting young neurodiverse individuals in Australia. Untapped came to us with their concept which required its own form of branding that would appeal to their target market.

    With the emergence of digital marketing over traditional, Tradesman Roof Racks wanted to increase their marketing activities through online channels. They were looking to outsource this task to an external provider - enter Aston Digital.
