Following the merger of 24 agencies into one, Uniting Vic.Tas was left with a number of social media profiles that required ongoing upkeep. These profiles targeted particular regions across Victoria and Tasmania.
To ensure the marginalised and vulnerable people within those communities felt heard and were able to receive the information they needed, a comprehensive social media plan and guideline set was required. Uniting Vic.Tas wanted to ensure each community and region was represented, informed and had an inclusive, online space where they felt valued and connected.
